About Auxilium Migration and Recruitment Services

Auxilium Migration and Recruitment Services is a Sydney-based consultancy led by Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1801614) Mayumi Bautista, providing ethical, practical migration advice and tailored recruitment solutions for individuals, families and Australian employers.

Auxilium Migration Services® is its established migration practice, while Auxilium Recruitment Services™ is its newly introduced recruitment offering.

The recruitment service focuses on helping Australian employers source suitable skilled candidates, including those who may require employer sponsorship.

With a professional background spanning law, statistics, business administration and project-to-portfolio management, Mayumi brings analytical thinking, sound judgement and a client-focused approach to her work. Her extensive experience in the Australian public sector, including leading large teams and managing complex programmes, has equipped her with a strong understanding of workforce needs, talent identification and the importance of matching people with the right opportunities.

Drawing on this experience, Auxilium offers recruitment services focused on connecting skilled candidates with Australian employers, particularly businesses seeking talent through employer-sponsored migration pathways. These services complement Auxilium's established migration practice, which assists clients across skilled migration, family visas, employer sponsorship, visitor visas and pathways to Australian permanent residence.

Known for her calm, thoughtful and approachable manner, Mayumi is committed to helping clients navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence. Whether advising on migration pathways or supporting employers in sourcing suitable talent, she delivers personalised services tailored to each client's circumstances and objectives.

Integrity, clarity and service are at the heart of Auxilium Migration and Recruitment Services. With consultations available online and in person, Auxilium serves clients across Australia and overseas.

Whether your goal is reuniting with family, securing permanent residence, recruiting skilled employees or exploring employer-sponsored migration opportunities, Auxilium is committed to supporting you with professionalism, care and honesty.
